My name is Aruna Dhammadhira.
I offer teachings in mindfulness and meditation to help individuals meet the challenges of our modern day life. With a background in the Buddha's teachings and in trauma informed practices, I share ways of bringing compassion and wisdom to whatever your experience may be. I invite you to open to the transformation that can bring more joy and pace to your life.
